摘要
研究适用于与粘胶共混纺丝的壳聚糖黄原酸酯制备的化学工艺.实验中运用了正交方法,对反应中的关键影响因素,如浸碱浓度、CS2用量、壳聚糖聚合度及含量等与壳聚糖浆粕黄原酸酯化反应性能之间的关系作了探讨,从而得到与粘胶共混纺丝的壳聚糖黄原酸酯化反应的合理工艺参数为:NaOH浸渍浓度15%~16%,温度不超过25℃,壳聚糖含量在2.5%左右,CS2用量占壳聚糖重量60%左右,聚合度在满足纺丝所要求的聚合度前提下以较小为宜.
The procedure of chitosan xanthate that is suitable to be blended with viscose is studied in this article. In terms of cross-test design, the relation between the xanthate property and some important factor such as the concentration of alkaline soaking, dosage of CS2, the degree of polymerization of chitosan and its content is also been investigated. Experimental results demonstrates that the best technics are as follows: the concentration of alkaline 15%~16%, reactive temperature lower than 25℃, chitosan content 2.5% or so, the dosage of CS2 60%, low degree of polymerization(DP) on condition that it meets the needs of the requirement of filature.
