异搏停、山莨菪碱对大鼠被动型Heymann肾炎病变的影响

EFFECTS OF VERAPAMIL AND ANISODAMINE ON PATHOLOGIC CHANGES OF PASSIVE HEYMANN NEPHRITIS IN RATS

摘要 应用大鼠肾小管上皮抗原(Tub-Ag)的抗血清制做大鼠被动型Heymnn肾炎(PHN)动物模型,并选用钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)一异搏停和山莨菪碱进行处理,观察两药对其病变的影响。结果异搏停组及山莨菪碱组大鼠尿蛋白均明显低于PHN模型组,病理组织损伤亦有一定程度的改善。提示:上述两药对大鼠PHN病变有治疗作用。 The animal model of passive Heymann nephritis(PHN)in rats was prepared by injecting the antiserum against rat renal tubular epithelial antigen(Tub-Ag), and the calcium channel blockers(CCB)verapamil and anisodamine were chosen to study the therapeutic effects of them on PHN.The results showed that the proteinuria in the groups treated with verapamil or anisodamine was apparently milder than in PHN model group and the tissue injuries in the treatment group were also ameliorated to a certain extent.It is suggested that the 2 drugs have curative effects on the pathologic changes of PHN in rats.
