摘要
目的 探讨秦巴山区孕妇巨细胞病毒 (humancytomegalovirus ,HCMV)活动性感染与血清锌含量的关系。方法 采用ELISA和PCR相结合的方法检测秦巴山区HCMV活动性感染的妊娠妇女 5 2例作为病例组 ,同期检测的 5 2例未感染孕妇作为对照组 ,用原子吸收光谱法测定两组孕妇血清锌含量 ,随访妊娠结局并检测其分娩的新生儿尿液中的HCMV -DNA。结果 ①新生儿尿液HCMV -DNA阳性者共 2 1例 ,宫内传播率 4 0 38% (2 1 / 5 2 )。②HCMV活动性感染孕妇血清锌平均值为 4 6 2 9± 1 3 81 μg/dl明显低于未感染孕妇组 82 73± 2 3 98μg/dl(P <0 0 5 )。结论 该地区HCMV活动性感染孕妇体内明显缺锌 ,可能与该地区智力低下 (MR)发病率高有一定关系。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between human cytomegalovirus (HCMV)actively infection and the level of serum zinc in pregnant women of Mount Qinba where the incidence of mental retardation was abnormally high.Methods:Polymerase chain reaction assay(PCR)and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) were employed to detect the HCMV-IgM and HCMV-DNA in the serum of pregnant women in Mount Qinba.52 actively HCMV infected women and 52 uninfected women were analyzed the serum zinc status by atomic absorption spectrometry assay and were followed up the outcomes of pregnancy.HCMV-DNA was tested in urine of their neonates.Results:① Urine HCMV-DNA was positive in 21 neonates and the intrauterine transmission rate is 40.38%(21/52).②The level of serum zinc in actively HCMV infected pregnant women was 46.29±13.81μg/dl,which is statistically significantly lower than the uninfected women(82.73±23.98μg/dl)(P<0.05).Conclusion:In Mount Qinba the HCMV actively infected pregnant women were severely zinc deficiency,which is probably the cause of highermorbidity of mental retardation in this area.
