IL-6、NO与MDA在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的作用及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究HIE中IL - 6、NO和MDA的水平变化与临床意义。方法 选用HIE病儿 4 6例 ,分别于生后1d和 7d取静脉血和 1 0例正常足月新生儿脐血检测IL - 6、NO和MDA水平。结果 HIE病儿血清IL - 6、NO和MDA水平在 1d时明显高于对照的脐血组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,在住院治疗 7d时 ,明显比同组 1d时减低 (P <0 .0 5 )。而轻、中、重度HIE病儿经方差分析三组间血清IL - 6、NO和MDA水平均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 IL - 6、NO和MDA在HIE的发生、发展中起重要作用 ;血清IL - 6、NO和MDA水平可作为判定HIE的损伤程度与预后的重要指标。 Objective To evaluate the change of IL-6、NO and MDA in serum of HIE. Methods: Serum levels of IL-6、NO and MDA was measured in 46 cases of HIE at the first day and the seventh day after birth and in 10 cases normal fetal cord serum. Results: Serum levels of IL-6、NO and MDA in the HIE groups were obviously higher than Ones in the normal groups(P<0.01),but obviously decreased at the seventh day than at the first day(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between any two of the three HIE groups (allP<0.05),and serum levels of IL-6、NO and MDA were highest in the severe HIE. Conclusion:The changes of serum levels of IL-6,NO and MDA were correlated with severity of HIE. IL-6,NO and MDA can play an important role in the pathologic process of HIE.
