侧脑室注射受体阻断剂在胃泌素造成小鼠记忆巩固不良中的作用

THE EFFECTS OF INTRA-CEREBROVENTRI CULAR INJECTON OF RECEPTOR ANTAG ONISTS ON GASTRIN-INDUCED IMPAIRMENT OF MEMORY RETENTION IN MICE

采用进宫法探讨了侧脑室注射胃泌素影响小鼠记忆的中枢机制。结果：（１）在复杂迷宫趋食反应中，胃泌素可引起小鼠记忆巩固不良，（２）侧脑室预先注射阿托品或心得安对胃泌素引起的记忆巩固不良有改善作用；（３）侧脑室预先给予酚妥拉明对胃泌素所致的记忆巩固不良无改善作用。这些结果提示中枢胃泌素对小鼠记忆活动的影响可能与中枢胆硷能受体和肾上腺素能受体活动有关。

The mechanism of icv gastrin-induced impairment of memory retention was studied in mice by maze running approach. The results showed :(1)Gastrin icv impaired the memory retention in mice. (2) Premedicatioa of M-cholinoceptor blocker atropine or β-adrenoceptor blocker propranolol attenuated the effect of gastrin on memory. ( 3) Premedication of α-adrenoceptor blocker phentolamine did not improve the gastrin-impaired memory retention. These results suggest that central gastrin alters the memory of mice perhaps by modulating the activities of central chulinoceptors and adrenoceptors.
