北京降压0号和寿比山治疗农村原发性高血压现场实验结果分析

Field Trial of Beijing Hypotensor No.0 and Indepamide on Essential Hypertension of Patients Living in Rural Area

目的通过现场实验评价长期服用北京降压0号片剂和寿比山治疗农村原发性高血压的效果。方法普查筛检出符合本试验要求农村高血压病患者240名,根据居住所属乡分为降压0号组(120名)和寿比山组(120名),所有患者按随访档案实行预约制度,每月为患者发放药物并指导用药,两组患者每天分别服用北京降压0号1片、寿比山25mg,随访监测血压一年。结果240例中218例完成1年试验,坚持按时服药平均每月(2641±263)d。与治疗前比较,治疗2周及1、2、4、12个月时收缩压和舒张压差异均有统计学意义。降压0号组收缩压分别下降150、196、231、249和167mmHg,舒张压下降88、116、128、133和67mmHg;寿比山组收缩压分别下降174、211、208、199和193mmHg,舒张压下降73、99、92、96和92mmHg。降压0号组2、4、12个月的有效率分别为9107%、9064%和8358%;寿比山组治疗1、4、12个月的有效率分别为9056%、8584%和8448%。两组均未观察到严重不良反应。结论北京降压0号和寿比山单一用药治疗农村高血压病患者1年的降低血压效果明显,服药依从性较高。两组疗效无明显差异,但寿比山降压效果更稳定。

Objective To assess the long term antihypertensive effects of Beijing Hypotensor No.0 and Indepamide on essential hypertension of patients living in rural area. Methods Patients were diagnosed under the standard of diastolic blood pressure ≥90mmHg and/or systolic blood pressure ≥140mmHg. Two hundred and forty patients were selected and divided into two groups on the basis of administrative district.One group was treated with Beijing Hypotensor No.0 ,1～2 tablets per day and another group was treated with Indepamide 2.5～5mg per day , the antihypertensive effect was observed and followed up for one year. Results Two hundred and eighteen patients took part in the study. The average days of patients' drugs-takingon time were 26.41±2.63 per month. After two weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months and 12 months' treatment ,the systolic blood pressure decreased 15.0、19.6、23.1、24.9、16.7mmHg respectively in Beijing Hypotensor No.0 group and 17.4、21.1、20.8、19.9、19.3mmHg in Indepamide group respectively ,the diastolic blood pressure decreased 8.8、11.6、12.8、13.3、6.7(mmHg) and 7.3、9.9、9.2、9.6、9.2(mmHg)respectively (P<0.01) compared with the baseline,after 1 month (Indepamide) and 2 month (Hypotensor No.0),7 months ,12 months' treatment , the total effective rate was 90.56%、85.84% and 84.48% in Indepamide group and 91.07%、90.64% and 83.58% in Hypotensor No.0 group. Conclusion Separate application of Beijing Hypotensor No.0 and Indepamide can reduce blood pressure significantly after one year treatment for patients living in rural communities and the efficacy in two groups shows no significant difference.
