摘要
本文报道了成功抢救的１例二尖瓣替换术后急性左心室破裂。作者复习了文献，分析了导致该并发症的病因及病理基础，并就紧急处理方法及预防措施进行了详细的讨论。
A case of acute left ventricular rupture (LVR) associated with mitral valve replacement (MVR) has been reported. Having reviewed the professional literature, we analyse the pathological bases resulting in this complication, meanwhile, the intraoperative emergency treatment and preventive measures have also been discussed in detail.
