摘要
用经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症１２例，有效率为９１．７％，无严重并发症。认为此方法比传统的外科手术简单、安全。单纯性腰椎间盘突出症为最佳适应症，初发病例较好。
This article deals with 12 cases of lumbar disc prolapse treated by percutaneous discectomy. The results showed that the effective rate was 91.7% and there were no serious complications, Our experience tells that percutaneous lumbar discectomy is simpler and safer than traditional surgery.Simple prolapse of lumbar disc is the best indication of the procedure and the results will be better if the condition is treated in early stage.
