激素调控植物顶端优势的分子生物学进展 被引量:16

摘要 分子生物学中对基因与突变体的研究表明植物的顶端优势现象是受激素的调控的,其中生长素抑制侧芽的生长,而细胞分裂素促进侧芽的起始,二者的比值对植物的生长更加重要。研究还表明其他的激素也参加了植物顶端优势的调控过程,如ABA、GA等。植物的顶端优势是基因、激素及植物发育时期综合作用的结果。 Genetic and mutant studies indicate that the apical dominance of plant was controlled by hormone. Auxin and cytokinin interacted with axillary bud outgrowth or reproductive development. The auxin inhibition of bud outgrowth in decapitated plants while cytokinin initiation the bud outgrowth, the ratio of the two was more important in plant architecture development. Further studies showed the other hormone such as ABA,GA also have some affection on the axillary bud growth, the phenotype of apical dominance was interaction among genotype, hormone and plant development stage.
