肺动脉高压时腺泡内肺动脉壁胶原相对含量的改变 被引量:2

CHANGES OF COLLAGEN QUANTITY IN INTRA ACINAR PULMONARY ARTERY DURING PULMONARY HYPERTENISON

摘要 以野百合碱引起的大鼠肺动脉高压作为模型,应用免疫组化和形态定量的方法,并结合超微结构的变化,动态观察肺动脉高压时腺泡内肺动脉壁Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原含量的改变。结果表明,在肺动脉高压发生过程中,腺泡内肺动脉壁Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原明显增多。其机制可能与血管平滑肌细胞发生表型变化以及平滑肌前体细胞在向平滑肌转变过程中胶原的合成分泌增多有关。 Pulmonary hypertension (PHT)in rats was induced with monocrotaline (MCT).Immunohistochemistry and morphometry,combined with electron microscopy,were applied to investigate the quantitative changes of collagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ in the intraacinar pulmonary artery (IAPA),The results indicated that collagen Ⅰand Ⅲ increaced obviously during the development of PHT. The increases of collegen may be related to the phenothypic changes of vascular smooth muscle cells (SMC) and to the proliferation and muscularoid differentiation of pericytes (PC) in IAPA.
