Application of Multiplex PCR to Studies on Plant Biology

摘要 多重PCR是近几年兴起的一项新技术,它高效快捷﹑高度特异敏感﹑能够降低实验成本很适宜于大样本的植物生物学研究。本文较为详细地介绍了多重PCR的概念、原理及其在国内外植物种质纯度鉴定、病虫害检测和植物分子育种中的应用现状,并对其应用前景作了展望。 Multiplex PCR is a newly developed technology, which is highly efficient, rapid, specific and sensitive, meanwhile which can reduce the cost of experiment. So multiplex PCR is extremely suitable for studies on the plant biology. In this article, conception and principles of multiplex PCR are introduced. In the meanwhile, its applications to identify the pureness of germplasm of some plants, to detect plant diseases and insect pests and to plant molecule breedings are all given a presentation. Future of multiplex PCR is viewed in the last.
