通心络胶囊治疗心脏X综合征的临床研究

The Clinical Study of Cardiac X-syndrome Treated with Tongxinluo Capsule.

目的 观察通心络胶囊治疗心脏X综合征的疗效。方法 本院确诊的心脏X综合征患者32例随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和加服通心络胶囊治疗组(治疗组) ,服药4周,观察典型心绞痛发作频率、心电图运动试验缺血型ST段压低幅度和血浆内皮素1(ET 1)浓度变化。结果 与对照组比较,治疗组心绞痛发作频率显著减少、心电图运动试验结果改善和血浆ET 1浓度显著降低(P <0 .0 1) ;与治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后心脏X综合征患者的心绞痛发作频率和血浆ET 1浓度亦显著下降(P <0 .0 1) ,心电图运动试验结果显著改善(P <0 .0 1) ;对照组治疗后心绞痛发作频率减少、心电图运动试验结果改善(P <0 .0 5 ) ,但血浆ET 1浓度无显著下降。结论 通心络胶囊治疗心脏X综合征效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Tongxinluo capsule treating cardiac X-syndrome. Methods 32 patients with cardiac X-syndrome were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,control group was treated with regular treatments,treatment group add to Tongxinluo capsule.All patients accepted a 4 weeks treatment,and the frequency of typical angina occruing,the latitudes of ST segment depression during treadmill test and the alteration of plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) were recorded. Results Compared with the control group,occurrence frequency of angina and concentration of plasma ET-1 in treatment group were significantly lower,and result of treadmill test was significantly improved (P<0.01).Meanwhile,compared with before treatment,occurrence frequency of angina and concentration of plasma ET-1 in treatment group were also significantly lower,and result of treadmill test was also improved (P<0.01),but occurrence frequency of angina was lower and resnlt of treadmill test was improved in cotrol group (P<0.05),and concentration of plasma ET-1 was no decreased. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is effective to treat patients with cardiac X-syndrome.
