摘要
运用绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)对泵浦氙灯进行斩波放电,并采用间歇式长脉冲斩波技术,设计了一套能发射和控制长脉冲激光的Nd:YAG激光器.与传统连续式长脉冲斩波技术相比,该技术使IGBT在更大的安全工作区(SOA)内稳定工作;泵浦功率高,提高了激光器的电光转换效率;在不影响疗效的情况下,使输出激光对皮肤的热作用变缓,从而能有效防止正常皮肤的热灼伤.运用该技术得到了波长为1 064 nm、最大能量可达50 J和脉冲持续时间在9~99 ms内可调的激光脉冲.
By controlling the light wave-form of Xe lamp with insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) and using the periodic long-pulse chopper technology, a long pulsed medical Nd:YAG laser was designed. It can enlarge the safe operating area(SOA) of the IGBT module, and make the IGBT work more stably. It has higher electronic-optic efficiency because of its higher pumping power. it can reduce the skin thermal effect and prevent the skin from heat injury during the hair removal treatment. So a long phase laser with wavelength of 1064 nm, energy of 50 J, pulse duration from 9 ms to 99 ms, was obtained.
