摘要
本文采用基于投入的DEA方法 ,比较了加入WTO之前我国国有商业银行与股份制商业银行的生产效率。我们把存款当作产出 ,选取 1999年～ 2 0 0 1年十四家全国性商业银行为样本 ,计算出银行的技术效率 ,并将技术效率分解为纯技术效率和规模效率 ,确定银行的规模报酬变化。我们从银行的技术有效性、整体效率、技术无效性原因和规模报酬四个方面对国有和股份制商业银行进行了比较分析 ,研究国有商业银行与股份制商业银行之间的差距 ,并分析了原因。
The paper, by using Input-oriented Data Development Analysis Approach, compares the productive efficiency between Chinese state-owned commercial banks and stock commercial banks before China entered WTO. The paper defines deposit as an output, chooses fourteen commercial banks from the year 1999 to 2001 as sample and calculates the technical efficiency of the banks. The paper decomposes technical efficiency into pure efficiency and scale efficiency and studies the elements determining the returns of banks' scale. The paper makes a comparative study on state-owned banks and stock commercial banks in technical efficiency, whole efficiency, reasons of technical inefficiency and scale efficiency and analyzes the difference between state-owned banks and stock commercial banks.
