鉴于21世纪的战争将是集陆、海、空、天、电磁多维一体的信息化条件下的高度集成的新型战争,论文针对伴随作战模式信息化程度的日益提高,工业工程(1E)技术将在21世纪的战争中发挥的作用进行了研究;进而在研究未来战争的特点和发展趋势时提出在关注信息技术、武器技术的新发展同时,效率技术和管理集成技术在战役行动中的作用有待得到重视和研究;试图揭示以工业工程(1E)为代表的基础效率技术和管理集成技术在未来可能发生的高技术条件下局部战争中的装备保障集成和现有装备的改造以及效能发挥中的作用,对相关案例进行集中研究。

The wars in the 21st century will be ones integrated with the army, the navy, the air force and multi-dimensional electronic information. In this paper, it is studied how IE technology will be brought into full play along with the improvement of information level. In researching the features and developing trend of the future wars, the paper points out that in taking care of the development of information technology and weapon technology, efficiency and management integrated technology must be paid attention to and studied. The paper tries to reveal, regarding IE as a representative, the function of basic efficiency and management integrated technology in equipment guarantee integration, military equipment innovation and efficiency in the future potential hi-tech combats. Some related cases are studied.
