用于GSM移动通讯的碳纳米管超电容器复合电源的研制 被引量:2

The application of 5V carbon nanotubes based supercapacitor modules in GSM telecommunications

摘要 通过催化裂解法制备碳纳米管材料,采用铝箔作为集流体制备成电极,并采用四氟硼酸铵/乙腈有机电解液,组装了工作电压大于5V,容量为175F的超电容器模组.该电容器模组内阻为28mΩ,重量为0.6公斤,具有1Wh/kg的比能量以及0.37kW/kg的峰值功率密度,且在较大电流放电时仍然保持良好的容量特性,适合作为电子设备中的高功率放电电源.在GSM型脉冲放电时,超电容器的应用使脉冲条件下电源的平均电位变化振幅ΔV 从0.3V下降到不足0.02V,同等条件下复合电源系统放电时间延长3698秒,脉冲放电效率提高3.7倍.探讨了超电容器-锂离子电池复合电源系统在移动通讯领域的应用前景.
