经尿道前列腺切除术尖部切除体会(附68例报告)

The experience in transurethral resection of the apex of prostate (report of 68 case)

目的 探讨经尿道前列腺尖部切除及疗效。方法 对68例前列腺增生症TUVP+TUEP手术治疗,尖 部腺体采用TURP顺行+逆行切割。结果 本组病例术后排尿困难等症状消失,6例短时尿失禁,4例尿道外口狭 窄。结论 前列腺尖部TURP,顺行+逆行切割,能较彻底切除尖部腺体,解除尖部梗阻,无严重并发症发生等优点。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect in transurethral resection of apex of prostate on BPH. Methods 68 patient of BPH were treated by TUVP and TURP, the apex of their prostate were treated by TURP ascending-descendingly. Results symptoms such as dysuria of 68 patient were disappeared after operation;6 patient whth temporary incontinence; 4 patient with stricture of external urethral orifice. Conclusions the resection of apex of prostate by TURP ascending-descendingly could thoroughly remove the obstruction of apex, whthout severe side effect.
