人棉活性深色印花工艺的研究

着重从人棉织物的前处理,活性染料、糊料的选用,印花工艺等方面的研究,解决在人棉活性深色印花中出现的得色量低、色萎、湿处理牢度差等问题,使活性深色在人棉织物上的印花效果达到或超过丝光全棉布的效果。

The investigation emphasizes the pretreatment of rayon staple fabric, selection of reactive dye and printing pastes, and printing process and so on. It aims to solve such problems as low colour yield in reactive printing of rayon staple fabric for deep shades, dull colour and poor wet fastness.
