微生物饲料添加剂对鲤鱼生长性能影响的研究

Effect of different probiotics on growth performance of carps

本研究在室内鲤鱼饲喂试验基础上,应用微生物饲料添加剂“益多菌Ⅰ”(试验4组)、“益多菌Ⅱ”(试验5组)对鲤鱼进行生产试验,同时设商品鱼饲料(试验1组)、4mg/kg黄霉素(试验2组)、“益畜宝”(试验3组)为对照,在水库网箱饲喂35d。结果表明:试验4组与试验5组比商品鱼饲料分别提高增重9.4%、7.2%,降低饵料系数5.6%、4.1%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验4组比试验2组、试验3组分别提高增重16.8%、15.4%,降低饵料系数8.5%、7.5%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验5组则比试验2组、试验3组分别提高增重14.5%、13.1%,降低饵料系数7.0%、6.0%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验结果说明,微生物饲料添加剂比活性酵母、4mg/kg黄霉素及“益畜宝”提高鲤鱼增重、降低饵料系数效果更好。

Based on carp’s indoor experiment,the study compared the effect of proboticsⅠand probioticsⅡwith commodity fish feedstuffs,4 mg/kg flavomycin and “Yixubao” on carp.The results showed that comparing with commodity fish feedstuff,probioticsⅠand probioticsⅡrespectively increased weight 9.4 % and 7.2 %,decreased ratio of feed and gain 5.6 % and 4.1 %.The difference is extremely remarkable(P < 0.01).Comparing with 4 mg/kg flavomycin and “Yixubao”,probioticsⅠincreased weight 16.8 % and 15.4 %,decreased ratio of feed and gain 8.5 % and 7.5 % respectively(P < 0.01);probioticsⅡincreased weight 14.5 % and 13.1%,decreased ratio of feed and gain 7.0 % and 6.0 %(P < 0.01).The result proved that the feed additives of probioticsⅠand probioticsⅡwere good at increasing weight of carp, reducing ratio of feed and gain compared with that of flavomycin and other biotypes.
