本文综述了黄颡鱼对蛋白质、脂类、碳水化合物、维生素及无机盐的需要量。黄颡鱼饲料中蛋白质(稚幼鱼)适宜含量为42%～45%,脂肪适宜含量为7%～8%。

Based on the study of different nutritional demand for Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Rich,requirement of protein,fat,carbohydrate,vitamin and inorganic element for the Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Rich’s demand was summarized in the article.It showed that the appropriate ratio of protein and fat should be 42 % ～ 45 % and 7 % ～ 8 % in the feed for Pelteobagrus fulvidraco Rich respectively.
