摘要
目的根据下颌骨螺旋CT断层图像数据进行计算机三维重建后,用选择性激光烧结方法复制该下颌骨。方法采用MIMICS7.10软件将下颌骨三维数据由ct.文件转换为STL文件,并用Surfacer10.5软件除去杂点干扰,平滑曲面后,输入HLRP-350Ⅰ型快速成型机配套的数据检验与处理软件进行实体分层,设定加工参数,控制层厚0.15mm激光烧结精铸蜡粉制作下颌骨。结果得到了下颌骨蜡质实物模型,其形态、结构及大小与下颌骨标本基本一致。结论采用选择性激光烧结复制下颌骨模型精度符合口腔临床应用要求,可用于术前辅助诊断和设计。
AIM:To fabricate mandibula replica by selective laser sintering with data of three-dimensional reconstruction of human mandibula for surgery.METHODS:MIMICS 7.10 software was used to convert the 3-D data of the mandibula to STL format,STL file was input into the computer and Surfacer10.5 software was used to remove useless points,smooth the curves.Then the file was input into the rapid prototyping system,and was converted to slice format.Each slice was only 0.15 mm.At last processing parameters were chosen,3D stereo mandibula model was built by wax powder by selective laser sintering layer by layer.RESULTS:Contrast to original mandibula,wax model was alike in shape,structure and size.CONCLSUION:The accuracy of the mandibula wax replica can meet with maxillofacial expectation.
