摘要
目的探讨明胶、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、壳聚糖三者混合冻干膜对创伤出血创面的止血效果。方法制作大鼠股动脉创伤出血模型、家兔耳动脉创伤出血模型以及家犬肝创伤渗血模型,自制材料与复合胶原海绵、氧化纤维素、明胶海绵和医用纱布止血做比较,观察止血时间和计算出血量,并观察止血的可靠性。结果实验表明,明胶-PVA-壳聚糖材料止血时间短,出血量少,止血效果可靠。结论明胶-PVA-壳聚糖材料可作为创面止血修复材料。
AIM:To detect haemostatic property of the compound material made of gelatin,PVA and chitosan.METHODS:The models of bleeding trauma of rat femoral artery and rabbit ear artery and model of capillary hemorrhage of dog liver were made,patching the wound with the material we made,collagen sponge,oxidized cellulose,gelatin sponge and gauze seperately.The haemostatic effects were recorded by haemostatic time and volume of the bleeding.RESUTLS:The compound material possessed of the effectiveness in shorting haemostatic duration and reducing bleeding.CONCLUSION:The haemostatic result of the compound material is better than that of collagen sponge,oxidized cellulose,gelatin sponge and gauze. So, it is a potential haemostatic material. [
