脑膜瘤的MRI征象与病理对照分析

Comparative study between MRI features and pathological types of meningioma

目的探讨脑膜瘤MRI征象与病理关系。方法总结分析经病理证实的脑膜瘤26例,并与病理分型进行对照。结果脑膜瘤的T2WI信号与肿瘤组织的成分虽有一定的相关性,但无特异性。结论磁共振成像检查,脑膜瘤信号变化的多样性在对肿瘤的病理亚型的分型上无明确特异性,但在肿瘤的鉴别诊断、定位诊断上具有一定的优越性。

Objective To study the relationship between MRI features and pathological types of meningioma. Methods MRI features of 26 cases of meningioma were compared with their pathological findings. Results Signal intensity on T2WI was non- specific though it had certain correlation with the degree of cellularity of meningioma. Conclusion There is no correlative relationship between various MRI features and pathological types of meningioma. However MRI is a superior modality in differential diagnosis and locating nidus. [
