摘要
目的 观察应用微脉冲技术进行晶状体超声乳化吸出术对角膜内皮细胞的损害。方法 2 0 0 2年 10月~ 12月老年性白内障 46例 (5 3眼 )进行微脉冲超声乳化手术 ,于术前及术后 3月测量角膜中央内皮细胞密度及六边形细胞比率 ,计算内皮丢失率。结果 术前术后内皮细胞密度分别为 (2 .474± 2 .74) /mm2 和 (2 2. 18± 2 .66) /mm2 (P <0 . 0 1) ,平均细胞丢失率为9. 7%,六边形细胞比率术前术后无明显改变。结论 采用微脉冲技术进行超乳手术 ,对角膜内皮细胞的损害较轻 ,细胞形态无明显改变。
Objective To observe the corneal endothelial damages following phacoemulsification using micro-pulse technique.Methods The corneal endothelial cell counting and hexagonal cells ratio calculating were performed preoperatively and 3 months postoperatively in 46 senile cataract cases (53 eyes). Micro-pulse technique were applied during phacoemulsification. Results The preoperative and postoperative endothelial cell density were (2474±274)/mm2 and (2218±266)/mm2 (P<0.01) respectively, while the hexagonal cell ratio doesn't change statistically.Conclusion Phacoemulsification with micro-pulse technique damage corneal endothelial mildly without obvious morphological changes.
