摘要
本文介绍了CF-62钢制1500m^3大型低温球罐用44mm厚钢板性能研究及数理分析。CF-62钢具有优良的综合性能,厚度小于50mm的这种钢板焊前可不预热或少加预热而不产生裂纹。迄今为止,武钢已制造和正在制造公称容积分别为200m^3、400m^3、1000m^3、1500m^3的氧气、氮气、丙烯、乙烯、氢气球罐共20多台。
This paper iritroduces the research and analysis of mechanical properties of t = 44mm plates CF-62 steel with low susceptibitity to weld crack. CF-62 steel was researched and developed by the Wnhan Iron and Steel Company in recent years. This steel was verified as being excellent in weldability and low-temperature toughness, and producing no cracks in t≤50mm plates without preheating or with slightly preheating before welding. The plates have been used to the spherical tanks vvith 200m3, 400m3 and 1000m3 volume, 8MPa pulsatire high pressure oil separate vessels and low temperature spherical vessels vvith 400m3 and 1500m3 volume. Showing good properties and gaining obvious economic benefit and soceal benefit.
