摘要 对 BOF— L F— CC生产低碳铝镇静冷镦钢的纯净度研究结果表明 ,在 L F精炼过程铝脱氧生成的大尺寸Al2 O3簇状夹杂物绝大多数能从钢液排除 ,经钙处理后铸坯中夹杂物主要是尺寸非常小的不规则形状的 Al2 O3和球状复合钙铝酸盐夹杂物及少量具有结晶器保护渣特征的夹杂物。 L F精炼后钢水的总氧的质量分数为 (43~ 6 0 )× 10 - 6 ,中间包钢水的总氧的质量分数为 (36~ 5 0 )× 10 - 6 ,而铸坯的总氧的质量分数为 (2 3~ 39)× 10 - 6 。成品盘条的冷镦性能良好 ,该工艺生产的低碳铝镇静冷镦钢具有较高的纯净度。 Thevariation of T[O] and non-met allic inclusions in cold heading steel during production with BOF-LF-CC route was i n vestigated.It has been found that large size inclusions and Al 2O 3 clusters f ormed during LF refining can be removed almost completely from liquid steel.No n -metallic inclusions in billet mainly are small size Al 2O 3, spherical type calcium-alumniate and some of them are of mold powder characteristics.Total ox yg en of liquid steel after LF refining , in tundish and in billets are (43~60)×10 -6, (36~50)×10-6and (23~39)×10-6respectively.The rod p r oduced has good headability.All these indicate that clean cold heading steel c an be produced by this route.
