摘要
在一台试验设备上采用全 Danarex○R工艺进行试验的结果表明 :建立在这种新概念基础上的生产工艺具有有效性和可靠性。在设备运行过程中采集的数据使达涅利能够准确调整工艺参数 ,并对有无“自动煤气转化”两种不同条件下的设备运行情况进行了试验对比。试验证明 ,由于能够对碳化铁含量进行有效控制 ,因此生产的产品具有惰性 ,并经过钝化处理。
Thetesting of the full Danarex Rprocess in a Pilot Plant demonstrated the effectiveness and rel i ability of the concepts upon which this new technology is based.The data collect ed during the operations allowed Danieli to fine tune the process parameters a nd to compare the operations with and without the “autoreforming”contributionr. The obtained product was certifi ed to be inert and passivated thanks to the controlled iron carbide content.
