摘要
利用椭偏光蛋白芯片检测系统 ,在光学硅片上装配人类免疫球蛋白G作为感应层 ,利用能与其抗体特异性结合的特点 ,对样品中人类免疫球蛋白G抗体进行定量检测 ,结果表明 ,此系统能用于蛋白质定量检测。
Human IgG as a sensitive layer on silicon bio-chip was assembled for detecting anti-IgG by the specific affinity between the antigen and its antibody and the visualization of the binding by imaging ellipsometry. The quantitative measurements of anti-IgG show that this technique is capable of quantitive detections and can be used clinically in the future.
