摘要 近年来,发现了细胞周期中许多关键的调控因子,cdc 基因、周期蛋白依赖性激酶(CDKs)及细胞周期蛋白(cyclin)等。其中有丝分裂后期促进因子(APC)构成泛素 蛋白水解酶复合体通路,参与周期蛋白和周期蛋白依赖激酶降解,促进细胞周期的运转。同时,APC的活性也受到 G1 期和 M期的细胞周期依赖蛋白激酶(CDK)的调节, cdc20 为APC的正调控因子,APC与细胞周期各因子间协调作用,促进细胞周期的运转。 Many regulation-factors related to cell cycle such as cell division cycle genes (cdc) and cyclin-dependent kinases(CDKs) have been determined.Here we review the progress in research on APC-anaphase-promoting complex.APC is a component of Ubiquitin-proteasome pathway.APC degrades Cyclin and CDKs and leads directly to cyclical changes.G1-CDKs and M-CDKs triggers the activity of APC.The activation of APC requires the protein cdc20.APC with many cell-cycle factor in turn triggers cell cycle changes.
