人白血病K_(562)细胞系在裸小鼠体内成瘤性的观察

Observation of the Developped Tumor of Human Leukemic Cell Line K_(562) in Nu ed Mice

用K56 2 细胞裸小鼠体内移植模型进行试验治疗研究 ,分别用K56 2 传代细胞直接接种和K56 2 瘤块移植法 ,将人白血病K56 2 传代细胞系 1× 10 7个细胞接种于裸小鼠皮下 ,其成瘤率为 32 % (8/2 5 ) ,38d肿瘤体积达 790 .8± 5 6 5 .7mm3。瘤块移植法未获可测量的瘤体。表明K56 2 细胞裸小鼠体内移植 (或细胞直接接种 )模型难以用作试验治疗研究。

Human leukemic cell line K 562 were inoculated su bc utaneously into nude mice to observe experimental treatment. K 562 cell we re inoculated or xenografts in nude mice. Human leukemic cell line K 562 1 ×107 cells were inoculated subcutaneously into nude mice. The tumors were dev eloped with 32%(8/25) and the volume were 790.8±565.7mm3 in 38days. The model of K 562 xenografts was not achieved measurable tumors volume. The K 5 62 model of nude mice in vivo can not make experimental treatment.
