摘要
当今世界,塑料、化纤制品日新月异,猪鬃是否已失去其应用、开发价值,是尚有争议的问题。作者对57头荣昌成年、后备母猪,长白成年、后备母猪的1255根鬃样与245根聚丙烯单丝样的几项理化性状测试结果表明:荣昌猪鬃在长度、直径、弹性、强度、鳞片层5方面优于长白猪鬃;弹性和耐热性能优于聚丙烯单丝,荣昌成年猪鬃强度优于聚丙烯单丝,荣昌猪鬃有鳞片、尖梢分岔,聚丙烯单丝无鳞片、无尖梢、不分岔。所测性状,荣昌猪鬃不仅多数指标优于长白猪鬃,而且具有聚丙烯单丝某些难以比拟的特性,因此,在军工、耐热、油漆化工等高档制刷领域,荣昌猪鬃仍不失为首选原料。
Nowadays, plastic and chemistry fiber
Products is changing every day, wheatherthe bristles have lost its developing values is a
question. The authors studied 4255 brist-les samples taken from 57 Rongchang sows, gilts and
Landrace sows gilts. The resultsshowed that Rongchang bristles were superior to bristles of
Landrace in the followingfive respects: namely length, diameter, elasticity, strength and scale
layers; In respectof elasticity and heat resistance, Rongchang bristles obviously surpassed
polyacrific fi-ber, but only the adult's bristles were slightly stronger than Polyacrific fiber.
Rongcha-ng bristles possessed scales and top branches but polyacrific did not. Above all,
Rongch-ang bristles are not only superior to Landrace bristles in most indexes, but also
poss-ess some excellent properties to which Polyacrific fiber can hardly compare. So theyare
still now widely .used in defence forces, painting, chemistry industry and othersbigh
tecbnology fields.
