摘要
为实现不同时刻三维心血管图像的匹配 ,提出一种基于近似树的心血管图像匹配算法。先将三维心血管表示成树的结构 ,然后介绍了包含VLDC(variablelengthdon′tcares)结点的近似树匹配算法。然而 ,在心血管树匹配的过程中 ,匹配的具体对象是曲线而不是通常意义的结点 ,因此 ,提出包含VLDC曲线的近似树匹配算法 ,并重点介绍其中的VLDC曲线的匹配过程。在实验中对相邻时刻的心血管图像进行了匹配 ,实验结果令人满意。
To match two three_dimensional (3D) coronarographic images at different moments, a coronarographic images matching algorithm based on approximate tree was proposed. First, coronarographic images with tree structure was displayed, then the approximate tree matching algorithm containing crunodes was introduced. During coronarographic images matching, matching objects were not crunodes, but curves. So the new matching algorithm containing curves was proposed. By using this algorithm, two coronarographic images at different moments can be matched and the result is satisfied.
