雏鸡血清蛋白含量与生长性状间相关的通径分析

PATH ANALYSIS OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SERUM PROTEIN CONTENTS AND THE GROWTH TRAITS IN CHICKS

本研究估测了２４０只８周龄Ｓ２２０母雏血清蛋白各组分百分含量与其体重、日增重和相对生长的表型相关，再分别以体重、日增重和相对生长为依变量对性状间相关进行了通径分析。结果表明，８周龄母雏血清白蛋白百分含量对其体重、日增重和相对生长的正直接影响均较大，其通径系数分别为０．３９０３、０．３６５６和０．３４１７，且均极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；γ球蛋白百分含量对上述３个生长性状的负直接影响均较大，其通径系数分别为－０．３６４５、－０．３４３４和－０．３１９７，且均极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

Two hundred and fourty S220 female chicks at 8 weeks age were used to estimatethe phenotypic correlations between the percentage contents of the components of theirserum protein and their body weight,daily gain in weight and relative growth, andthe path analysis of the relationships between characters with the body weight,dailygain and relative growth as dependent variables were carried out.The results indicatedthat the percentage content of serum albumin of the chicks at 8 weeks age had biggishpositive directs effects on the body weight,daily gain in weight and relative growth,and the path coefficients were 0.3903,0.3656 and 0.3417, respectively(P<0.01).The percentage content of serum-globin had biggish negative direct effects on the threegrowth traits above and the path coefficients were -0.3645,- 0.3434 and -0.3197respectively(P<0.01).
