A Study on Financial Stability During Opening Capital Accounts in China

当前,金融稳定对于我国经济稳定与发展具有非常重要的意义,维护金融稳定已经成为我国中央银行的重要职责。我国的资本账户正处于不断的开放过程中,而资本账户开放对我国的金融稳定有着相当重要的影响,这些影响不光是正面的,也有负面的。我们应从金融稳定的大局出发来探讨和研究资本账户开放策略。

At present, financial stability is of great significance to China’s economy stability and development, and it has become an important duty for China’s central bank to maintain financial stability. China’s capital accounts are in continuous opening process, however, which has important impact upon China’s financial stability. These impacts are not only positive, but negative. We should explore and research capital account opening strategies viewing from a situation of financial stability in general.
