The media used for in vitro cultivation of Strongyloides papillosus were M199 F10F12MEM,and were supplemented with cattle serum,chick embryo extracts,rabbit liverextracts,yeast extract,cattle liver broth,glutathione reduce,casein hydrolysate,trypsin,pepsin, rabbit duodenum extract,inorganic saIts and so on,The gas phasewere l00%air, 95%air+5%CO2,90%air+l0%CO2. 70%air+30%CO2,andmixture of gas of N2 85%O25%CO2 10%,at 39.5℃.Further development of filariform larvae was observed in medium M199 cattle serumand chick embryo extract mix。The bifid tail transformed into digitiform, but bodylength did not shoW remarkable change.The experimental results showed that M199 or MEM,cattle serum,chick embryoextract,rabbit liver extract,glutathione reduce,and Fildes reagent mix(pH 7.0-pH 7.6)were better than F10 or F12.
