摘要
在 16种浓度的氨溶液 (从 5 0mg/L~ 2 0 0 0 0mg/L不等 )、3种温度 (2 5℃、35℃、4 5℃ )、3种溶解氧的条件下(开口、密闭不除氧、密闭除氧 ) ,对铜管腐蚀过程及影响氨腐蚀过程的因素及规律进行了研究 .结果表明 :氨腐蚀的主要因素为溶氧量、氨浓度、温度 ;尤其以溶氧量影响最大 ,使氨腐蚀的速度随着氧浓度的增加而加快 .最后提出了几种防止氨腐蚀的措施 .
To simulate ammonia corrosion process of copper tubes in the air removal section of condenser in power plant,immersion tests of copper tube samples are conducted in ammonia solutions with ammonia 50~20000 mg/L,at temperatures 25℃、35℃ and 45℃ respectively.The tests conditions include:in open atmosphere,in a closed vessel and in deaerated solutions respectively.It is found that ammonia corrosion was mainly affected by the above three factors,especially the concentration of dissolved oxygen,which can influence the ammonia corrosion process greatly.The paper also introduced several preventive measures,which was valuable for engineering practice.
