摘要
选定 4种不同类型的缓蚀剂进行正交配方试验 ,得到了软水钢铁缓蚀剂优化配方GSZ - 2。GSZ - 2在使用剂量 4 1mg/L时 ,软水中碳钢的腐蚀速率为 0 .0 2 98mm/a,药剂成本仅为 0 .6 82元 /吨水 ,其排放能完全达到GB8978- 1996《污水综合排放标准》要求。综合性能、经济性、环境影响性 ,GSZ - 2是软水密闭式循环冷却系统优良的钢铁缓蚀剂配方 ,极具推广价值 ,市场潜力很大。
This paper is aiming to solve soft water corrosion of steel for closed circulating cooling systems.On trial tests of inhibition performance of some existent corrosion inhibitors individually or combinationally,an optimal formula GSZ-2 consisted of sodium molybdete,zinc sulfate,hydroxy-acid amide and PBTCA was obtained,which has favourable corrosion inhibition performance for steel in soft water. With 41mg/L GSZ-2, the corrosion rate of steel in soft water is 0.0298mm/a,and thereby the water quality meets the requirement of GB8978-1996 Integrated Waste Water Discharge Standard.In view of its all round performance,including economical efficiency and environmental influence etc. GSZ-2 is an excellent corrosion inhibitor for steel in soft water for closed circulating cooling system.
