RNAi抗病毒感染的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 RNAi是双链RNA在细胞内诱导产生的转录后基因沉默现象。它广泛存在于多种生物体内,是宿主细胞防御微生物感染的进化机制。近年来,RNAi的研究日渐深入,尤其是RNAi的抗病毒作用倍受关注,其研究也取得了显著成绩。本文概述了RNAi的抗病毒机制以及RNAi在抗病毒感染中的应用等方面的研究进展。
