中国人上切牙牙冠厚度及宽厚比例的测量

Crown thickness and width/thickness ratios measurements of maxillary permanent incisors of Chinese adolescents

目的通过模型测量,了解具备理想前牙咬合者的上颌4个切牙牙冠厚度、宽度及宽厚比例值。方法恒牙列初期矫治完成记存模型,男女各30例,测量4个上切牙的近远中宽度及咬合接触点水平处的唇舌向厚度,数据行统计学处理。结果和结论中国汉族人上颌切牙呈典型的铲形结构,应以其近远中边缘嵴处的平均厚度来代表牙冠的厚度;得到了上颌4个切牙的平均宽度、厚度及宽厚比值。

Objective To investigate the maxillary permanent incisors' thickness and width/thickness ratio and to provide references for clinical orthodontic treatment.Methods Finished models of 60 patients (30 males and 30 females), who were at the preliminary permanent dentition stage, were selected for this study. The 4 maxillary incisors' thickness and widths were measured from the models and analysized by using the SPSS10.0 computer software program. Measurements were undertaken at the level where the intermaxillary incisors occluded each other.Results The maxillary incisors of Chinese adolescents are of the typical spade-shape. The mean width, thickness and width/thickness ratio of the maxillary incisors were obtained.Conclusion The crown thickness of Chinese adolescents should be represented as the mean thickness of mesio-to distal-marginal ridges.
