摘要
目的研究崩瓷修复中,口内喷砂对Ni-Cr合金与复合树脂间粘接强度的影响。方法12个Ni-Cr合金试件随机分2组,实验组合金表面模拟口内喷砂,对照组不进行口内喷砂,采用alloyprimer金属处理剂对金属表面处理,然后使用VocoCimara瓷修补系统粘接修复,经37℃恒温水浴2 4小时后,测定金属试件与复合树脂之间剪切粘接强度,进行统计分析。结果经过模拟口内喷砂的实验组合金与复合树脂之间剪切粘接强度显著高于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。2 0倍体视镜观察两组断裂面均位于金属-复合树脂界面。结论口内喷砂可增强Ni-Cr合金-复合树脂间剪切粘接强度。
Objective To study the effect of intraoral sandblasting on the bond strength between Ni-Cr alloy and composite resin.Methods Twelve Ni-Cr alloy cylindrical specimens were fabricated. Specimens were divided into 2 subgroups: the experimental group was sandblasted with ~30μm Al_2O_3 particles; the control group was not sandblasted. The metal surfaces were treated with alloy primer, and then bonded to composite resin cylinders with Voco Cimara system (Germany). Bonded specimens were stored at 37℃ in distilled water for 24 hours, and then were subjected to shear force in a universal testing machine at a crosshead speed of 1mm/min. Stress at failure was calculated in MPa; mode of failure was recorded. The Student t-test was applied to the data analysis.Results The shear bond strength of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. All adhesive failures happened at the Ni-Cr alloy and composite resin interface.Conclusion Introral sandblasting can significantly enhance the bond strength between the Ni-Cr alloy and composite resin.
