萘丁美酮和双氯芬酸钠对膝骨关节炎患者关节功能恢复的比较

Comparison between clinical therapeutic effects of nabumetone and diclofenac sodium on recovery of joint function in patients with osteoarthritis

目的:研究比较萘丁美酮和双氯芬酸钠对骨关节炎患者关节功能改善的效果,并探讨药物治疗的有效性和安全性。方法:2001-03/2004-05广东医学院附属医院骨外科收治骨关节炎患者156例,按随机数字分为两组,分别给予萘丁美酮和双氯芬酸钠,连续给药4周,评价疗效和安全性。结果:萘丁美酮组和双氯芬酸钠组的总有效率分别为88.9%和84.0%,差异无显著性意义;在关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、活动痛、15m行走时间和患者评价等方面,两组在治疗前后差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),但两组间差异无显著性意义;不良反应的发生率两组间差异有非常显著性意义。结论:萘丁美酮和双氯芬酸钠对改善患者关节功能效果相当,但萘丁美酮安全性较大。

AIM:To compare the effects of nabumetone and diclofenac sodium on the improvement of joint function in patients with osteoarthritis(OA),and evaluate the effectiveness and reliability of drug treatment.METHODS:Totally 156 patients with OA were chosen from the Department of Orthopaedics in the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College from March 2001 to May 2004,and then they were divided randomly into two groups.Nabumetone and diclofenac sodium were continuously given to the two groups for 4 weeks,and the therapeutic effect and reliability were evaluated.RESULTS:The total effective rate of nabumetone and diclofenac sodium on OA were 88.9% and 84.0% respectively,with insignificant difference between them.There were significant difference in joint swelling index,joint tenderness index,movement ache,time for 15 meter walking and patients' evaluation in the two groups before and after treatment(P< 0.01),but insignificant difference between the two groups.The incidence rate of adverse reaction had a significant difference between the two groups.CONCLUSION:Nabumetone and diclofenac sodium have similar therapeutic effect on the recovery of joint function in patients,but the latter with better reliability.
