摘要 目的:在用体外冲击波碎石术(extracorporealshockwavelithotripsy,ESWL)治疗上尿路结石时,为便于临床资料的分析和应用,建立一套简化式记述系统。方法:系统中,ESWL临床资料的每项参数均由字母或数字表示,用来代替和描述结石特征,碎石方法和术后疗效。结果:成功建立了一套由图文和字符两部分组成的ESWL临床资料简化式记述系统。结论:该法直观、方便和实用,尤其有利于计算机储存和处理。 AIM:To establish a new system for simplified description to utilize and analyze the clinical data in the treatment of upper tract urinary stones by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).METHODS:In such a system,each parameter was specified by a letter or number to replace and describe the characteristics of stone,methods of lithotripsy and outcomes of post treatment.RESULTS:A new system consisting of idiogram and characters was established successfully for the simplified description of clinical data of urolithiasis treated with ESWL.CONCLUSION:The system can show the visualization,simplicity and practicality for routine clinical study,and facilitates computerized storage and management for urinary stones treated with ESWL.
