腔隙性骨缺损实验动物模型的建立 被引量:8

摘要 目的:设计一个可靠的新型骨缺损动物模型,同时评价超声波清洗后的同种异体骨成骨能力。方法:实验于2003-08/12在山西省医用组织库和河北省创伤外科研究所完成。选取30只新西兰大白兔随机分成5组,每组6只,分别在双侧股骨下段造成骨缺损模型,分别设空白试验组、异体骨试验组及自体骨对照组,在1,2,4,6,8周处死动物,行X射线检查、大体观察、组织学检查。结果:自体骨对照组、异体骨试验组在8周内修复骨缺损,而空白试验组仅有纤维组织,无新骨形成。结论:这种动物模型可以作为可靠的骨缺损动物模型,该种异体骨具有良好的修复骨缺损的能力。 AIM:To design a new reliable animal model of bone defect and assess the osteogenic ability of allogeneic bone substitutes disposed by ultrasonic wave.METHODS:The experiment was conducted in Shanxi Tissue Bank for Medicine and Hubei Institute of Traumatic Surgery from August to December 2003.Thirty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 rabbits in each group.Models of bone defect were established in inferior segments of bilateral femurs of all the rabbits.The models were subdivided into blank trail group,allogeneic bone trail group and autogeneic bone control group.At 1,2,4,6 and 8 weeks,the rabbits were sacrificed and examined by the means of X ray,histological and gross observation.RESULTS:The bone defects were repaired within 8 weeks in the allogeneic bone trail group and autogeneic bone control group,while in the blank trail group,only fibrous tissues were found and no osteogenesis was found.CONCLUSION:Such a new animal model can be served as a reliable model of bone defect.This kind of allogeneic bone is competent for repairing bone defects.
