转移性骨肿瘤中环氧化酶-2的表达对其肿瘤预后的干预意义

摘要 目的:研究人体转移性骨肿瘤组织中环氧化酶-2蛋白及基因表达情况及其对干预实施的意义。方法:采用免疫组化法和原位分子杂交法,研究2002-07/2004-07西京医院58例转移性骨肿瘤组织中环氧化酶-2蛋白及基因表达,与分类的关系。结果:转移性骨肿瘤中环氧化酶-2阳性表达率为62%(36/58);转移性骨肿瘤恶性程度高,其组织环氧化酶-2蛋白及mRNA均呈阳性高表达,与临床X射线分型,有无原发灶和转移瘤部位无关,本组低分化与中分化间环氧化酶-2阳性表达无差异。结论:环氧化酶-2的阳性高表达可能参与转移性骨肿瘤的发生发展,也许发挥重要作用。 AIM:To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase 2(COX 2) protein and gene in human metastatic bone tumors,and probe into significance of the expression in the intervention of bone tumors.METHODS:Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to investigate the expression of COX 2 protein and gene in 58 cases of metastatic bone tumors from Xijing Hospital from July 2002 to July 2004 and its relationship with the classification was also investigated.RESULTS:The positive rate of COX 2 in metastatic bone tumors was 62% (36/58).The severer the malignancy of metastatic bone tumors was,the higher expression of COX 2 protein and gene was found.The expression of COX 2 had no correlation with the clinical X ray types,original focuses and sites of metastatic bone tumors,and there was no significant difference in the positive expression between the metastatic bone tumors of low differentiation and middle differentiation.CONCLUSION:High expression of COX 2 possibly involves in the occurrence and development of metastatic bone tumors,and maybe plays an important role.
