应用交感神经皮肤反应评估癫痫发作间期自主神经功能状态 被引量:1

摘要 目的:应用交感神经皮肤反应(sympatheticskinresponse,SSR)定量分析癫痫患者发作间期自主神经功能状态,探讨其调节机制。方法:46例癫痫患者为2004-03/05重庆医科大学附属第一医院收治,对其进行SSR测定,同时将同期体检的32例健康成人作为对照。SSR检测采用电刺激法进行。结果:癫痫患者SSR异常率为17.3%,SSR的平均潜伏期为(1.61±0.22)s,与对照组(1.36±0.18)s比较明显延长(t=3.12,P<0.01)。癫痫患者SSR的平均波幅为(1.18±0.36)mV,对照组为(1.41±0.32)mV,二者比较差异有非常显著性意义(t=2.53,P<0.01),而且全身性发作患者或病程>5年以上的患者这种变化更明显。结论:癫痫患者发作间期其自主神经功能存在紊乱现象。SSR能客观有效地评价自主神经功能状态,早期发现癫痫患者的自主神经变化。 AIM:To evaluate the functional status of autonomic nervous in interictal in patients with epilepsy with sympathetic skin response(SSR),and study the regulating mechanism. METHODS:The SSR was perforned in 46 patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing University of Medical Sciences from March to May 2004.Meanwhile,32 healthy adults of health examination during the same period were selected as the controls.SSR was determined by means of electric stimulation. RESULTS:The rate of SSR abnormality was 17.3% in patients with epilepsy.The mean latency of SSR in patients with epilepsy[(1.61± 0.22) s] was significantly prolonged in comparison with that of the controls[(1.36± 0.18) s] (t=3.12,P< 0.01).The SSR mean amplitudes of patients with epilepsy were(1.18± 0.36) mV;as compared with those of the controls[(1.41± 0.32) mV],there was significant difference(t=2.53,P< 0.01). The prolongation of the latency of SSR and abnormal SSR amplitude were more obvious in patients with generalized seizures or episode more than 5 years. CONCLUSION:The autonomic nervous dysfunction in patients with epilepsy exists in interictal;SSR can be used as an effective and objective method to detect the functional status of autonomic nervous and detect the sub- clinical lesion in patients with epilepsy.
