摘要 目的:研究氦氖激光穴位照射疗法对缺氧缺血性脑损伤(hypoxiais-chemiabraindamage,HIBD)新生大鼠学习记忆和脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derivedneurotrophicfactor,BDNF)的影响。方法:实验于2003-12/2004-05在郑州大学基础医学院人体解剖学教研室完成。7日龄Wistar大鼠56只随机分为假手术组、HIBD组、HIBD激光穴位照射组、HIBD激光非穴位照射组。用Y型迷宫检测新生大鼠HIBD后学习记忆能力以及取左脑进行BDNF免疫组织化学染色。结果:HIBD激光穴位照射组大鼠与HIBD组和HIBD激光非穴位照射组相比学习和记忆能力明显提高,BDNF免疫阳性细胞明显增加(35.67±4.32)个/视野,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:激光穴位照射提高HIBD新生大鼠学习记忆能力。 AIM:To study the effects of He- Ne laser acupoint irradiation on learning and memory and brain- derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) in neonatal rats after hypoxia ischemia brain damage(HIBD).METHODS:The experiment was finished in the Department of Human Anatomy,College of Basic Medicine,Zhengzhou University between December 2003 and May 2004.Seven- day- old Wister rats(n=56) were randomly divided into sham- operation group,HIBD group,He- Ne laser acupoint irradiation group,He- Ne laser unacupoint irradiation group.Learning and memory abilities were determined with Y- type maze, and BDNF immunohistochemical staining was performed in the left brain.RESULTS:The learning and memory ability of animals improved significantly, and the positive cells(35.67± 4.32) in BDNF increased considerably in He- Ne laser acupoint irradiation group than HIBD group and He- Ne laser unacupoint irradiation group. There was significant difference(P< 0.05).CONCLUSION:He- Ne laser acupoint irradiation can greatly improve the learning and memory abilities in neonatal rats after HIBD.
