中西医结合治疗面神经麻痹10年回顾

Combination treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for facial paralysis: a retrospect in the past ten years

目的:回顾针灸、外治、药物、康复等治疗方法在面神经麻痹(简称面瘫)中的应用现状,总结更有效的治疗方法。资料来源:通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库1994-01/2004-01期间相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词“面瘫,治疗”。资料选择:选择有关面瘫治疗的中外研究原著性文献中包含针灸、外治、药物、康复等治疗方法的62篇。数据提炼:在62篇文献中17篇内容有不同程度的重复,给予删除;对45篇文献进行分类整理,用于综述,其中24篇选用为参考文献。资料综合:面瘫多因茎乳孔内的面神经发生急性非化脓性炎症所致,治疗中多采用中西医结合的方法,其中针灸疗法和药物疗法比重较大。各种方法对促进神经、肌肉功能恢复都有效果,综合方法的效果有明显优势。结论:采用中西医结合的方法,包括针灸疗法、药物疗法、物理疗法等,能有效促进神经、肌肉恢复功能,减少后遗症,对治疗面瘫,有重要的指导价值。

OBJECTIVE:To review the application status of the methods of acupuncture,external treatment, drugs, and rehabilitation,etc.on facial paralysis so as to get the more effective treatment methods.DATA SOURCES:Using the key terms“ facial paralysis, treatment', we searched the Chinese journals full- text database and Wanfang database from January 1994 to January 2004 in Chinese.STUDY SELECTION:Totally 62 articles on facial paralysis treatment in which the original references included the methods of acupuncture,external treatment,drugs,and rehabilitation and so on.DATA EXTRACTION:Seventeen out of the 62 articles were excluded because of duplicated summarizations,the other 45 articles were sorted for review and 26 articles for references. DATA SYNTHESIS:Facial paralysis was often induced by acute nonsuppurative inflammation occurred in facial nerve.In the treatment of facial paralysis,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was used mostly,acupuncture and drugs was a large part.Each method was effective for promoting the functional rehabilitation of muscle;moreover,the effect of combination method was obvious.CONCLUSION:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can promote the functional rehabilitation of nerve and muscle,reduce the sequela;It is valuable to guide the idea for adopting the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for facial paralysis.
