摘要
目的:为在使用VITA TITANKERAMIK钛瓷系统制作钛瓷修复体时,选择合适的冷却时间。方法:在25mm×3mm×0.5mm的铸造钛试件中间8mm×3mm范围内依次上VITA TITANKERAMIK粘结瓷0.1 mm,遮色瓷0.2 mm,牙本质瓷0.7mm,然后按厂家推荐的方法进行烧烤,再分别采用Multimat Touch型烤瓷炉的冷却模式1(冷却时间为:7分钟)和冷却模式2 (冷却时间为:16分钟)对钛/瓷试件进行冷却。试件放置24小时后,对其三点弯曲结合强度测试。结果:模式1冷却方式的钛/Vita TITANKERAMIK结合强度大于模式2冷却方式的钛/Vita TITANKERAMIK结合强度(P<0.05)。结论: 建议在使用VITA TITANKERAMIK钛瓷系统制作钛瓷修复体时,宜采用Multimat Touch型烤瓷炉的冷却模式1对钛/瓷试件进行冷却,以达到较大的钛/瓷结合强度。
Objective:In order to chose appropriate cooling time for VITA ITANKERAMIK-Titanium system. Methods: Cast titanium plates(25mm×3mm×0.5mm ) were prepared and the surface reactive layer was removed. The bonding porcelain, opaque and body of VITA TITANKERAMIK(8mm×3mm×1mm ) were then baked on the center of the titanium plates. After that, the titanium/ VITA TITANKERAMIK plates were cooled using two different cooling chedule, then using a three-point bending test according to ISO 9693 to evaluate the bond strength of VITA TITANKERAMIK to cast titanium. Result: The bond strength of titanium/ VITA TITANKERAMIK plates using shorter cooling time was greater than that of using longer cooling time. Conclusion: shorter cooling time should be used for VITA ITANKERAMIK-Titanium system .
