变异桥体在倾斜基牙固定桥无共同就位道时的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨以变异桥体解决固定桥两倾斜基牙无共同就位道的修复方法。方法:通过对固定桥变异桥体,即栓道式拼接金属桥体的设计、制作与临床应用,观察使用3~5年后的效果。结果:通过11例临床实践,显示效果满意,患者感觉良好,固定桥固位牢固,无松动,无牙周损伤,X线显示无异常改变。结论:变异桥体固定桥设计,可作为因某些因素造成的两倾斜基牙无共同就位道时的一种设计方法,简便易行,不增加患者痛苦,能获得良好的修复效果,具有较好的临床使用价值。 Objective: To explore the method of applying variant pontic to fixed bridge with tilted abutment without common path of insertion. Methods: Variant pontic with modified key-way connection was designed, fabricated and used in patients who were followed up for 3 to 5 years to evaluate the effect. Results: All the 11 cases achieved good results with normal feeling. The retainer were fixed well without loosening and no periodontal trauma was found by X-ray. Conclusions: The variant pontic can be a choice of designs in fixed restoration with tilted abutment. It is simple and convenient. The clinical result is predictable. So it is valuable for clinical application.
