摘要 目的:建立CAD/CAM系统中标准牙冠及牙列的三维数据库。方法:利用探针式扫描仪扫描全牙列28颗标准牙冠模型,处理数据,重建各牙冠的三维图形,并结合国人牙冠平均值进行校正。结果:扫描仪所测数据处理、校正后,重建了国人28颗标准牙冠的数据库以及标准牙尖交错牙合全牙列。结论:单个标准牙牙冠以及标准牙尖交错牙合全牙列数据精确可靠,为CAD/CAM系统的开发打下基础。 Objective:To establish the data base of the standard 3-D tooth crowns and denture in CAD/CAM system. Methods: The acquired data of the 28 standard tooth crowns scanned by a 3-D mechanical scanner were processed and revised with the average Chinese tooth crowns size data, then the 3-D models of the crowns were reconstructed. Results: The crowns data obtained by the scanner were reconstructed and were revised to establish the 3-D data base of the ideal Chinese tooth crowns and denture at intercuspided occlusion. Conclusion: The precision and reliability of the computerized standard 3-D tooth crowns and denture are well acceptable, which provides the fundation for CAD/CAM system.
